Art therapy is a branch of psychological therapy that utilizes the arts as an adjunct and tool to help facilitate psychological therapy.  Through the act of creating art, the use of a range of artistic media, and both the verbal and non-verbal aspects of art making, an alternate means of therapy is realized that can often help clients resolve issues in a creative and constructive manner.  Art therapy can be effective with clients of all ages, a range of needs, and all artistic abilities.

Health care practitioners and care providing facilities who would like to discover how to include Art Therapy in to their existing practice are welcome to contact us.
